Julian has written to the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police to ask them to investigate whether the Guardian has broken the law in its handling of intelligence information.

Charities and voluntary groups do hugely important work supporting people and communities across the constituency. This was particularly so over the course of the pandemic, and I am very aware about the steadfast support this sector has provided to so many of my constituents.
During the pandemic, many households and businesses faced significant pressure, particularly when businesses had to close due to restrictions or lockdowns.
It is very important that rural areas, such as our own, are supported whether through improved transport and digital infrastructure or positive changes to environmental and agricultural policy.
The selflessness and sacrifice our armed services provide to keep our country safe is inspiring. I would like to give particular thanks for their most recent service in supporting the nation during the pandemic.
