I was delighted to have been re-elected as the Member of Parliament for Skipton and Ripon. I would like to say thank you to the candidates, to North Yorkshire Council, and to all those who supported me, including my local party, agent, parliamentary team, CCHQ, and the great volunteers.
The doorstep conversations in this post-Covid election were truly humbling – UK democracy is alive and kicking.
