Last week Julian Smith MP visited Ripon where he spent some time with local business owners. Businesses have been heavily hit during the outbreak of Coronavirus and Julian was heartened by the hard work of businesses, including the Little Ripon Bookshop, who have made great effort to re-open in a Covid safe way.

Julian also visited the Hambleton Brewery in Thrisk, who are working hard to keep domestic beer supplies going through the coronavirus crisis. He had a tour of their new building and new storage facility and had discussions about future opportunities in the sector.
