Julian Smith MP visits Glasshouses Primary School

Last Friday, Julian Smith MP visited Glasshouses Community Primary School to meet with Class 2.  

Julian led an assembly with the whole school, talking about his role as an MP and his day-to-day work, and then answered questions from the students.  

He also heard about the school’s work to become a UNICEF Silver Rights Respecting School and met with the Rights Respecting Team to hear about what they do.  

Julian Smith MP said: ‘It was a pleasure to visit Glasshouses Community Primary School. I was delighted to hear about their hard work to become a UNICEF Silver Rights Respecting School, and I was very impressed by the student’s depth of knowledge.’
